Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return Process To initiate a return:

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
